I was born in Georgetown, SC about an hour North of Mount Pleasant. After moving around a good bit when I was younger, we settled down in Atlanta for many years. I attended the University of South Carolina from 1981-1985 and played football for the Gamecocks. After graduation, I have stayed in South Carolina where I met my beautiful wife Elizabeth and was married in 1996. We moved to Mount Pleasant in July of 1997 and have been blessed with 3 wonderful kids.

I began my real estate career in 2005 and have enjoyed many years of success helping my clients buy & sell homes here in Mount Pleasant and the surrounding area. Although I can assist clients at any price point, my main focus is serving the real estate needs of the high-end, luxury homeowners and buyers ($900,000+). I am certified by the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing as a Luxury Home Specialist and have also qualified as a member of the Institute's Million Dollar Guild. Less than 1% of all agents hold both of these designations.

I have also found it very important to have a high level of negotiation skills in this upper tier market.....this has proven to be beneficial for my clients as well.
